Stoke - you feeling a little more like the Stoke we know & love today? Hope so.

Thanks for your support. I was feeling a lot better yesterday to be fair. I think everything just got a bit too much on Friday and with it obviously being the first time I'd been utterly helpless I just didn't handle it well. I think if/when such thing happens again, I'll be a little calmer and more rational. I was anything but Friday, hence scoffing a huge cake. Not exactly great for my progress.

I'm sticking uber closely to plan hoping to minimise the damage, however my scales are saying I'm probably going to just miss out on target. That's okay though. If I have a maintain then I just need to follow it through this week :)

Good luck at everyone's weigh ins :D

Well done Sirens and Vixstar on being our joint SOTW.

Change of plan - didn't get to Mr T's until this afternoon so didn't make the leek & potato soup; instead I made carrot & lentil but I put too much spice in it so only ate a couple of spoonfuls!

No chickpeas in and forgot to get any when I went shopping so it's just squash & spinach soup but added some peppers & mushrooms as well. Managed to get the mini naan so will be 6 syns for one of those. The rest can go in the freezer for when I make another curry.

Yes it's still Free but not all Greek style natural yoghurts are.

Not keen on overnight oats - find them a bit laggy - would rather have baked oats.

Thought you were doing the overnight oats where you layer the yoghurt and fruit and then stir together in the morning. By the way that should have read "claggy" not "laggy"!
