Welcome to the thread. Have you got much to lose?
Maman only got another couple of days, back on Monday.
We ended up not having anything to eat tonight - lunch was just so filling, didn't feel hungry at all. DH had a piece of toast!
So tomorrow night's dinner will be the savoury mince!

Awful behaviour by that consultant Stoke but I do wonder why the Miss Slinky put on 3 stone?? One of consultants I go to won a national award for losing masses, was on breakfast TV etc and she's gained loads too. I was posting earlier about people who see SW as a diet and go at it 100% then revert to 'normal' eating. That's a possible reason but, sadly, some people have a poor relationship with food. Comfort eating is a possibility and maybe they've had some emotional issues. It's very sad.
At least tonight I can be distant from the football misery. Sorry for your result greentiger , it can only get better. tweets , are you sure the Grumpy One is out of the woods? I can't forgive him for bullying Luke Shaw. Poor lad isn't the brightest so was easy to pick on.:(
Had to have a taste of the savoury mince. It was lush. Cooling now to be portioned for the freezer.

Absolutely agree Maman. We're always told that what happens in Group stays in Group, definitely not so in this case.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms
L - not sure but if we come back to cottage it'll be crackers; cheese & salad (HEA/HEB)
D - will be the savoury mince we didn't eat last night as a sort of spag Bol
HEA - cheese
HEB - crackers
Syns - butter 2; milk 4

Hi all,
Haven't been on this thread for a while again!
I was reading the article about the SW consultant sending that text message yesterday and I read somewhere that the member didn't go the papers, the story was taken from her instagram post.
I have never won "Miss Slinky" but have won Woman Of The year and there is a lot of pressure there to keep it up and that text message must have been soul destroying for her. We never did "Blind weigh ins" when I was at group and I'm not sure what would be achieved from it?
Glad to hear they've got rid of the consultant!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £19,575.020 -
Morning all.
Well it's the morning after the night before ...relatives came over & a Chinese was ordered ....& even though I 'thought' I was being good had my usual morning weigh & I put on double what I lost yesterday...so I will be back in it this week with a vengeance....I'm hoping that it's just the msg that is at work & I can flush it out before the next wi.
Got a sw curry tonight - trying to empty the freezer so that we can order more dog food.
Have a good Sunday everyone0 -
I understand what you mean about staying in group denise but SW are very keen to get publicity for big losses. My consultant was all over the media 4 years ago (when she was just a member of our group). Perhaps SW should address why people lose then put it back on? Although I haven't seen this new booklet yet, I don't think they do masses for target members. probably because we don't pay?;)According to papers and media tv etc he now picking on Pogba .
I don't think he'll get much luck picking on him.Well to be honest I don't know why he signed Pogba I cant stand him he so big headed.
I think that's true of both of them and probably not enough room at the club for both egos unless they call a truce. Sadly there are lots of arrogant footballers around, probably the money goes to their heads. Just look at Virgil van D*ck!:D
To get back to SW! I'm off to football in an hour or so and have already decided to stick to the half time satsumas.:D We won't win but hopefully we can keep the score down and won't look complete idiots. Whatever happens wine will be consumed later.;)
Savoury mince is portioned up and in the freezer. Casserole is in the oven so that'll be easy to sort when we get back.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup, 2 satsumas
beef casserole, SW roast potatoes and carrots, kale, red cabbage, white cabbage, broccoli
Syns: cornflour 1, weekend wine:D0 -

Hello!
We do blind wi at our group & I think the theory is that you just know if you've lost, STS or gained in an attempt to stop you fixating on how much you've lost or gained.0 -

They probably won't as it's a business at the end of the day and when people rejoin and start paying again, it's more money for them isn't it?
As for publicity - I have tried before when I was a member to get into the magazine, but never even got a reply!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £19,575.020 -
