I really hope this isn't commonplace. I was an absolute mess when I first joined SW. I looked disgusting and much like the lady in this article, I made some really good progres then fell off the wagon after my engagement broke down. My confidence was rock bottom. Had I received that text message..... At that time, when I was genuinely scared of dying alone etc... I honestly have no idea what would have happened. At best, I suspect I would have quit SW for good..... And worst? I wouldn't like to guess. My mind wasn't right. She's incredibly brave for putting it out for all to see.

Good to see SW sacked the consultant in question.

Well done, Vixstar, good luck next week. Great stuff, majorica and gts. TIE, what a star you are! I am so glad the head seems to be recognising and valuing you.

Thanks, maman. And, although beanie (very deservedly) has the bragging rights and we are stuck at the bottom of the table, I have not given in - yet. Today’s syns have been 1 for ketchup on lunchtime roll and 4 for tonight’s coconut chicken. I am a martyr. On the bright side, it has been a gorgeous day here, quite warm (for October) in the sunshine.

tweets, at least it all came right in the end for your mob. Are you happy with Jose? I saw a lot of supportive banners on TV.

Oh my, Stoke, that was an awful thing for anyone to do, never mind a SW consultant. Another good result for your team, I see.

  • That article - how awful! :( I bet the lady checks every message she is sending is going to the right place now!

Breakfast - bagel thin - cinnamon and raisin - 6.5 syns

    Lunch - pumpkin soup

I also made the PON pumpkin spice latte doughnuts, they are basically baked, oats, but awful! Their ratios are off somewhere, they are just soggy! I even tried making some of the mix into pancakes and even then you have to pretty much cook the outsides until they are burnt and the middle is still raw. I don't know how they did it! I did wonder if it's because the oats are blended and cooked straight away? Because I've done baked oats as pancakes before, but I've always done the whole oats in yogurt over night then added in the egg, so wondering if they absorb more of the moisture that way.... anyway they are syn free apart from using your HE B (well or half a B I still have half the mix in the fridge debating whether to try and selvedge it or bin it :/)

Dinner - Pulled pork, jacket pot, and salad.

Snack - Biscoff spread - 4 syns, and a bag of salt and vinegar cracker things - 4.5 and a piece of belgium choc but I'm not synning that because it's not in English, and I'm only having a piece a week now...

Going to have a Hi Fi for the rest of my B I think, and sulk about the wasted pumpkin :rotfl:
anything's possible if you've got enough nerve

Good to see SW sacked the consultant in question.

I didn't know anything about this until my consultant mentioned it this morning in class.

I'm so glad that SW have dealt with the situation promptly but, from what my consultant said this morning, I did wonder whether the member concerned is going to 'milk' the situation. I hope I'm wrong & yes that no excuses the way the former consultant acted.
