-2.5 finally the right direction!!!
Do you write your menu plans down? If not, perhaps you should. You might find a common cause from what you are eating.

Thanks both, I did start to, but as with a lot of things it didn't last, I'm actually not even registered at a doctors at the moment
so it might actually get me to sort that out too! I've got a busy couple of months so maybe over Christmas / new year when work quietens down a bit again I'll be able to keep it up, would probably help with SW too
Breakfast - feels like weeks ago - I think I had weetabix...I think... made with hot water a splash of milk and a teaspoon of sugar - 1syn
Lunch - PUMPKIN SOUP!
I can't tell you how happy I am that it's pumpkin season again :j
Dinner - Lo-dough pizza - 2 syns for lo-dough, 2.5 for chorizo, and HE A - cheese. I did then also have a cinnamon bun from Lidl - weigh day treat
so I don't know why I bothered working out the syns of anything else haha.
Tomorrow I'm out for breakfast, I have a work meeting, so planning on Eggy crumpets - eggy bread but with crumpets, - 10 syns for the crumpets, and I add chorizo - 4 syns ish. I think it comes with halloumi too so that's the A. So only thing I can't calculate is the oil it's cooked in, I'll basically count it as my days syns and be done
Lunch - pumpkin soup
!
Dinner - pulled pork, probably with a jacket potato... and salad.
B - I might treat myself to a piece of toast with my soup!
It's rare I plan ahead so I'll let you know if I stick to it
x anything's possible if you've got enough nerve

Enjoy that extra fret-free day, maman.
Excellent result, bubbs and beanie.
I’m going out for lunch tomorrow, so that’s not going to help the SW cause. But I’ll have fun with my friend, so that will make up for it (well, I know it won’t really).

Good loss GTQ. Glad things are moving again for you.
Only got a partial plan so far for today:
B - porridge made with water
L - no idea at the moment. Think we'll probably be out and about again but will try to choose sensibly.
D - sausages, SW chips, beans (was planned for yesterday but ate out and had a steak and salad
HEA - milk as usual
HEB - porridge
Syns - sausages 1 syn; not planning any wine this evening but who knows!

Good loss gtq!:T It's a great feeling when those scales move.:D
You're obviously doing something right pixielottie but how do you manage to shop for SW friendly stuff if you don't have a plan?
While my meal plan and food diary don't exactly match day to day, they are broadly similar across the week. Mostly I just post it up on here but when I'm trying to focus hard I write it down and keep a running total of syns. I only plan dinners but buy in ingredients for lunches and breakfasts and choose by the day.
I'm going to have to be a bit careful doing my meal plan this week from a mse point of view:money:. After being away last weekend I seem to have lots left in the fridge and veg cupboard so need to plan well so nothing gets wasted. Plus I'm away for a few days this week although DH is here to feed himself.
I'm still feeling quite slim but I think I'm just maintaining. That's fine for a target member but I really need to get further down my target range and then maintain.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: ham, LO veg and beetroot
Teriyaki chicken with noodles
Syns: xtras with porage 6, weekend wine;).0
