Have I missed something? Ignoring that it is not SW, but why is it a good idea to cook something overnight that can be done in 10 mins?

When I saw it my first thought was hangover mornings, breakfast ready cooked without having to do anything :rotfl:

Weigh in tomorrow for me, I think I'm having allergy problems today, well no I know I am the problem is I don't know what I'm allergic to :( It's been happening for about the last 12 months I get an itchy throat, but there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it. All I know is it makes me want to eat scratchy things >.<

    Anyway today has been ok
Breakfast - Apple, peach and skyr yogurt
Lunch - B, part of A and ham and gherkins to make a toasted sarnie :D
Dinner - fajita pasta, a sainsburys recipe syn free and very yummt!

    snack - hifi - 3 syn, pon cheese cake - 2syn, and 2 daim - 2syn - 7syn day :D

But more excitingly I found pumpkins!!! :D So the pumpkin soup starts tomorrow! I love pumpkin soup so so so much! I will probably have pumpkin most days now until they go from the shops again :rotfl:
anything's possible if you've got enough nerve

Do you write your menu plans down? If not, perhaps you should. You might find a common cause from what you are eating.

Good idea. Your GP may do allergy/intolerance test for you. x

That is blooming fantastic, Stoke and v1ckyt; well done.

    Hello, joyknights.

I'm a very unhappy Villa fan,but I guess this forum is all about weight-loss !

No – not always, gg ….. beanie and I will be at daggers drawn on Saturday (I’m a Bairn), after that we’ll be fine, even if one of us is miserable. Is it because Steve Bruce went, or because they aren’t doing as well as expected?

Scraping by, SW wise, just inside syn allowance.

They won't usually unless you've kept food diaries for a while, including how you feel that day. Certainly worth doing for a week or two before seeing a GP just to save the time of doing it after seeing him/her.

My DD was told to keep food diaries for, I think, 3 months before they'd do anything, unless anything showed it up more quickly - some things were obvious from the start, eg gluten and possibly dairy, but others were less obvious like onions, raw tomatoes (cooked were and still are OK).
