Well done Stoke. That's a fantastic loss. No reason why you shouldn't make target next week. Then comes the fun and games of trying to stay in target! Adjusting just how you're going to use those extra HEs or syns (shh! not the SW way, LOL! just how a lot of us do it!)

Thanks everyone :D I had to pinch myself when I got on the scale tbh. I've been used to 1.5lbs and 1lbs drops recently. To lose 4lbs in one week is like going back a few months to when the drops were more significant. After Saturday where I drunk too much, I couldn't see anything other than a maintain or maybe 1lbs off.

I suspect I might have won SOTW as well (my consultant messaged me this morning), but I didn't stay because Stoke were at home :( At least we won.... but I do quite like the free goodies :D

Oh I know there's a few more games involved!! My consultant hasn't spoken to me yet about target, but I heard her speak to another group member about extra HEX A's and B's etc.... didn't fully follow it though.

I think I may want to lower it yet. Although I am still really happy with my progress I think I can probably afford to lose a little more :)

I think if I was you I would call target at where you were thinking originally & see how you go at maintaining it.
If that goes ok, you can always lower it then.
    Hope that makes sense?

Makes perfect sense. Thanks for the advice. I'll give that a go. I'm in no rush anyway
