:T on your pound topgirl. That sounds like a good breakfast. You can always balance up Speed in the rest of the day, either with fruit or add loads of veggies to your stew.:)Good luck for the week

I think that must be me every week Stoke. That's why I try to save almost all my syns for the weekend. That's the way my life works and it suits me. problems arise when I start socialising midweek.:o
Today is the start of a good week. No meals out planned. Life looks quiet until Wednesday 10th when I'm away for a few days and won't be in control of my meals. I'm feeling reasonably slim at the moment but the weekend's curry excesses probably haven't had time to catch up yet!:D:rotfl:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, strawberries, banana, HEA milk
L: veggie omelette, pickles
tbc: (something with chicken breasts and Speed)
Syns: depends on dinner recipe0 -
So as expected Sunday was pretty awful.
The boyfriend made pancakes for breakfast, which I did have with the choc shot peoples fruit syrup instead of maple syrup, small victories!
And dinner was a stew which will have been ok, but he also made a yorkshire pud, I'm not a fan of them but such effort I had to eat it! >.< aaand a banana bread which is my favourite but I only had a tiny slice! I did also eat some veggie percy pigs.
I'm trying for less than 5 syns again today to make up for it.
So far
Breakfast
0.5 - skyr yogurt
Lunch
SW - lasagne
and a toffee hifi for half of B
xanything's possible if you've got enough nerve

True. I don't use up my syns in the week for the exact same reason. Not sure if it counts as binging or not though???:T on your pound topgirl. That sounds like a good breakfast. You can always balance up Speed in the rest of the day, either with fruit or add loads of veggies to your stew.:)

Evening.... I remembered to stop sticking rubbish in my mouth today!
Breakfast
Quark, berries and All bran
lunch
Carrots
Tea
Chicken, pot, peas and salad.100 -
Made a pasta sauce for tea that was almost all vegetables with a couple of pieces of chicken, and I had a small serving spoon of fusilli with it instead of the heap I'd normally have. Plus an apple and some carrot batons. I feel caught up now
