Denise, sorry you couldn’t get going with your sewing; I hope you get a pattern while you’re away. If not, you might try allfreesewing.com for a pattern. The downside is you have to print off the pattern and piece the A4 sheets together. I use the back of any old letters to print on (I’m mean!).

    That’s fantastic, Vixstar!

Congrats, v1ckyt, for another SOTW. Thanks for the chart, chrisv. I am fair scunnered as it’s +1lb for me, - after all that housework and not even having anything at all at the football on Saturday!

tweets and maman, we are still bottom of the league (on goal difference), so that should cheer you up a wee bit that you're not quite as bad as that yet!

Next week MUFC will be bottom of the league! Yay! Hope you're right! :rotfl:

I made sweet and sour chicken tonight and it was lush! I did a mix of recipes from SW and PON. I used a small amount of juice, 2 pineapple rings and 2 tsps of cornflour shared so not too synful plus loads of Speed ( baby corn, onions, water chestnuts, peppers, mushrooms and courgettes) and free noodles. Next time I'll try using the NAS lemonade but didn't have any in today.

Day five of baby poorliness, featuring unusual quick breakfast solutions.

Today is a lean corned beef sandwich (1.5 for half a tin, plus hexb) followed by melon and strawberries.

Dinner will be sw quiches which I'll make whilst she's asleep later.

Top Bloke making tea. Probably stir fry or similar.

I'm like a zombie again today. Will push myself to walk 10000 steps at some point...

Oh and on my monthly asda order of heavy things this morning, I ordered some becks blue and alcohol free koppaberg, figuring we have some big games this month so they'd be a good idea.

Asda pops up at the end of my order asking if I've forgotten to put a bottle of my favourite wine on there.

I'm not feeling very Stoptober supported here Asda!
