3lb loss for me this week.
Only need 1.5lb to hit two stone loss, is possible this week but I have a stinking cold so less exercise than usual and higher than usual alcohol syns last night so I don't have many left for the week. Luckily I think we've got low syn meals planned for this week. My loss isn't really showing in my clothing yet (except for my work clothes), would really appreciate dropping a dress size soon.0 -

They have total faith in my abilities and at this time of year they put in requests for Hallowe’en costumes. This year one grandson is not dressing up (yet). The 6 yo GD won’t be hard – pretty witch with a ‘sticky out’ dress with spiders and cobwebs on the skirt, cross strings on the bodice and puff sleeves, either in dark pink/light pink or purple/lilac. She is quite particular. The other GS wants a Chinese dragon costume in red and gold. I’ll start that one on Monday. The baby is going to be Wonder Woman (lol) and I’ve cheated by buying most of it, so I just have the tiara and wristbands to make. I’ve been let of lightly this year.
Every little counts, TG and TIE, so well done! Great stuff, Midge.
I am a happy bairn tonight – a 0-2 win, thank goodness. Sorry, maman, but at least Swansea won, with an ex Bairn scoring there. I see Stoke came through; sorry but I’m on the Millers’ side as they have my favourite ex Bairn, Will Vaulks. I miss his somersaults ☹ Also a bad day for tweets, if I remember correctly.
My team are hopeless need a kick up their backsides to wake them all up :mad:0 -

OK bubbs. Thought the pain was bad enough to not want to put it off even for another week. Glad you haven't got any tooth pain and just want to get it out of the way asap!

Evening all
Don't seem to have stopped today so am really tired & seriously contemplating going to bed even if it is before 9pm.
Went running today which I'm beginning to slowly enjoy - don't think I'll ever make a marathon or even half marathon runner though.
We did have a Sunday lunch out but didn't have dessert & was so full haven't had anything else so I don't know if that means I've been on plan or not :rotfl:
Bubbs ....must admit I'd chose the hospital appt over the dentist any day of the week0 -
