Morning, well first week back as a group member and i put +1.5lb on

must try harder lol.0 -
Well, I'm doing Stoptober. I have embraced Friday wine again since Top Baby arrived and frankly, it scuppers my good week, I either have too much of it or I need to eat junk. No more. Stoptober will be a nice reset. Not going to make a fuss about it or ask for sponsorship, but my chosen wine is £6 per bottle so I'll donate £30 to Macmillan at the end of it, the equivalent of a bottle per week.
That plus my fitbit buzzing when I'm a lazy cow should get me a stone off by the end of next month.
Today's plan:
B - Cheese on toast (HEX and
and melon slices with top baby.
D - Bacon, leek and potato soup
T - Chilli chicken
I have three ciders lurking in the fridge that I'm going to drink this evening then that's me done. Pray for me fellow slimmers. Especially when Liverpool play :rotfl:0 -
Good luck Top Girl; I enjoy my wine too much to give it up but after my holiday next week I'm going to try and cut out any mid week drinking. With a bit of luck it'll mean I've got syns to play with from Monday to Wednesday which I don't currently have many of - usually no more than 8 a day.

I can't believe that a hot dog would come out at 7.5 syns. Surely a white roll would be that at least before anything else. What matters though was if it was worth it!
When I go to Ikea I have either the gravadlax as a snack or salmon if that's one of the meals. DH has one of the giant meatball meals!
It's a bit of a guestimate, I only had a regular hot dog, and guessed the roll to be about the same size as iceland ones which are 6.5 I believe, I also find them just as dry as iceland ones and about as much ends up in the bin, so I'm not too worried about being too accurate with that... I have to admit I pretty much only have rolls on hot dogs so I don't get my fingers dirty :rotfl:
And the weirdly fake food like hot dogs that come in brine, and I think the ikea ones are those... vary from 1/2 to 1.5 syns. My mum thinks they are vile, I love them!
I'd live on them if I could...
The whole hot dog only costs 50p so it's more of a miracle I only had one!

Well I had planned on a speedy breakfast today with the other half of melon pot and a skyr yogurt (0.5 syns) but the melon had gone off! I only opened it yesterday, and it was still hard then, today tasted like vinegar
I've been less than impressed with tesco melon pots lately
Had the left over mac and cheese from last night for lunch, and 2 daim minis 1 syn each, and a hifi for half my B - one of the new toffee ones, I think they taste like the caramel rice crispy squares!
Dinner is steak salad, and chips or jacket pot. Then the other hifi for the rest of my B for pudding. If all goes to plan I'll finish on 2.5 syns to allow for extras tomorrow...
xanything's possible if you've got enough nerve

Hi everyone.
I lost -1LB this week.
Was hoping for more with the amount of speed I've been consuming but it wasn't to be.
We are out to an Italian tonight and I won't be holding back as I've been dreaming of garlic mushrooms and gnocchi for days.0 -
