One thing about Stoke being in the Championship is these regular Tuesday games are a pain in the !!!!. I have to weigh-in earlier and I can't stay to group. They're almost every week :( Far too regularly for my liking.

Anyway, weigh-in again tonight..... this could be kind of a special weigh-in, for one, I might (strong emphasis on might) finally weigh-in under 13st!! I weigh myself every morning, so I know without clothes I do but those clothes actually make a significant difference :D

The other thing is, my target is 12st8 which means I'll be within touching distance of being a target member. It would be a lovely surprise if I could get it within the next month or so..... and even maintain it over Christmas :)
  • I'm feeling off today :(

    Breakfast - apple and biscoff (4.5 syns ), 1/5 B - Hi Fi
Lunch - pasta and left over sauce from last night
Dinner - We're having pork some way... I don't really eat pork so that will be interesting
Snack/pudding will be hifi for other half B and 2 syns for PON mud pie cheesecake.

A as always used for milk for tea :D
anything's possible if you've got enough nerve

Good luck for WI Stoke. Hope you see a new number.:)

I almost had lunch in town today but neither syns or salads appealed so I had my lunch quite late.

It's strange but not having been here on Sunday I'm really missing the LO veg that I usually fry up for my lunches.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot and tomatoes
D: baked haddock, SW chips, cauli steaks, tomatoes, mushrooms.
    Syns: NONE!:)

Thanks, beanie, I’m ever hopeful! Fifers on Saturday, so I hope we don’t fall out, lol. At least it’ll be a friend with the bragging rights. Hope you’re doing ok. How are your kitties?

    Brilliant loss, SIRENS.

I’m watching your game, tweets, and I must say it’s pretty dire. No doubt you’ll score now from this free kick ……. Oh no, straight into the wall.

Hope you got your result at WI, Stoke.

4lbs off!! I am over the moon. Just 3lbs until I reach target. Mad to think I could even get target next week.
  • I am gaining weight, I don't know if it is due to stress. I need to go back in shape.
