    My DD was told to keep food diaries for, I think, 3 months before they'd do anything, unless anything showed it up more quickly - some things were obvious from the start, eg gluten and possibly dairy, but others were less obvious like onions, raw tomatoes (cooked were and still are OK).

    Thanks no put on 1 1/2 last week, maintained the week before and 1/2 on the week before but now right at the bottom of target range where i like to be :D
