  • Evening,

    Beanie, how are you feeling?

Bubbs - what do they think it is with the leg.... I have a sharp knife we could chop it off!

    Mama, special hugs xxx

Stoke - I am off to good the drink...... I need to sort something out for manic days.

We have just had chicken stew, which was good for the weather. Had mum for tea - she turned her nose up at the stew and had a danish pastry which she ate like a meal..... she has dementia and a sweet tooth, so all she will tolerate is sweet food (we keep trying to get vitamins into her!)

    Pixie, welcome!

  • maman - Celery is a no, but carrot sticks a definite yes! I never think of carrot sticks out of summer, I do love them though, I have to ration them out or I have a tendency to eat them until I feel sick, never done it with chocolate but carrot sticks every time :EasterBun :rotfl:
I'm not surprised your looking forward to a clear week, and the braised red cabbage sounds so good!

joedenise - I do love a surprise SP day! The dried fruit sounds a brilliant use of the B!

bubbs - I hope they get to the bottom of your leg pain for you and it's a nice easy fix!

greentiger - Oh yes no promises that just because it's clear I'll be good ;) , but it does at least feel like there is a chance!

My nausea today is not passing, but to look on the bright side in my search of the tea collection for some ginger to try help, I discovered a tea which is supposed to help your metabolism and any digestive issues! Not sure I believe in all that jazz, but I keep getting it as a free sample with my tea orders, and tastes so good I'm going to have to buy some more!
I have a bit of a tea addiction, so if it happens to help my metabolism while I feed my addiction I'm not going to complain :D
also you don't put milk in it so saves me some A! :)

    Greentiger~~hope the game goes ok.

We've got Liverpool tomorrow, so hoping not to be stuffed! :(

I had a taste of the lentil soup and it's yummy! :D

I'm another that rarely has a clear week to eat on plan. Thinking back, I don't know how I ever got to target.
  • Morning everyone.

Haven't posted as I hit the self destruct button hard this week but have been lurking......I know that some are having a difficult time personally so big hugs to those.

Can't hit the reset button until tomorrow as we're off to a bit of a do tonight.

But tomorrow, I will be hitting it

I haven't weighed so ChrisV can you put down as a holiday please?

    Is your mobility any better?

I have been busy with work, and doing extra with mum as she hates to be on her own (and since two sisters have gone away at the same time - without telling the other 2 of us.... it has been mad!). It has stretched OH's patience...:o

OH and I are going for a walk - as I have walked properly since the holiday - I need to shift my !!!!

Flip, have you googled the symptoms? Are you managing to work/drive? Is Mr Bubbs looking after you? xxx

GTST - step away from the self destruct button x

:D That's the lovely thing about SW. You can always draw a line and start afresh! Hope you've enjoyed your little break.;)

Sorry to hear about your leg bubbs. Keep us posted.:)

I need to portion up the soup from yesterday and probably have some for my lunch. When the game's on I'll put together the braised red cabbage so I can have some of that tomorrow. I also need to sort out my freezers as the inventories have gone a bit haywire. I've been lucky with YS bargains lately and haven't kept up.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with raspberries and banana, HEA milk for drinks
    L: lentil and veg soup
    D: chicken jambalaya
Syns: 2 for a tiny bit of chorizo, weekend wine:D
