Sorry if I've missed any losses.:)

I do need to pick your brains though please, I'm an artist, so I'm going into my businest time of the year getting ready for Christmas fayres. I got into the bad habbits of picking at sweets while working to deadlines when I was at uni, can anyone suggest any syn free, clean ( I work with paper) finger food I an pick at ? :/ can be Savory or sweet, but I don't like grapes! x

Carrot sticks or celery should be clean enough. Don't know if you like them though?

You'll be fine self catering on the Island denise. Obviously taking some HM ready meals will save you time but anything else you'll be able to buy in.

Does anyone else feel like a clear diary gives them hope? or am I totally weird ? lol!
Not weird at all pixielottie. I love having a clear week so that I'm in control of what I'm eating. I've eaten out 5 times in the past week so I'm really looking forward to a quiet few days.

I had far too many syns last night. My sea bass main was OK but they did a trio of puddings. Not large portions but not good all the same.:(

I've done my meal plan and shop for the week. (10 more packs of beetroot;)). I've boiled a piece of gammon and lentil soup is in the SC with the stock. I'm planning to do swede & carrot mash later and braised red cabbage tomorrow. All for the freezer.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with raspberries, HEA milk
    L: veggie omelette, beetroot
D: baked salmon, SW chips, tomatoes, stir fry veg
    Syns: weekend wine:D

    Change of plan today!

Thought I had sea bass in the freezer but it was sea bream, was really nice, will definitely buying more of it. Ended up with an SP day today so still have one HEB to have!

Followed lunch with some strawberries & a fig - good price for those in Aldi. Next weeks Super 6 look good too - shredded kale & sweetheart cabbage @ 39p each; cauliflower, chnatenay carrots, garlic (4 pack) & managtout @ 49p. Available from next Thursday.

Cooked roasted sea bream with tomatoes, garlic & bacon sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. Served with green beans & peas. The recipe called for 200g of cherry tomatoes for 2 people - have to say that's an awful lot of tomatoes! Still managed to eat it all though.

Haven't decided on my 2nd HEB yet but am thinking maybe some dried fruit or seeds/nuts for a change, especially as I've already had bread today.

    Good stuff, TG.

Oh yes, pixielottie, a clear week is a wonderful sight! I’m not always good but, like you, it gives me hope! Unfortunately (or not, depending on how you look at it) I rarely have a clear week. Last night I was pretty tired and DH offered to go for takeaway but I RESISTED and cooked as planned. That’s a first, near enough! BTW the Fry’s Cream bit the dust (or was bitten, more accurately) earlier this week.

Today DH and I were looking after 2 of our grandchildren and they chose a burger place for lunch, Not good for me (I didn’t have chips – nor did they!!!!), but they enjoyed it and that’s what mattered.

I bought beetroot vac pac yesterday too.

I wonder how I’ll feel at 4.45pm tomorrow; going to game in trepidation.
