No :( I started as online member in 2015 and it was a waste of money so went on my own with this thread helping :D

Well done Stoke on losing weight and the :footie: :T:T:T

bubbs have you seen True or False thread ?
  • Hi, hope everyone is well.

Sorry I've not been here for a while - and a new(ish) thread has started!

My fridge/freezer has broken and my new one is not being delivered until Saturday.

Luckily I have a small drinks fridge to put milk, yoghurts etc in to tide me over. But no frozen stuff until the new one comes. Luckily I didn't have much frozen left and it had all defrosted.

Will be doing a big shop some time at the weekend to stock up the freezer. Am having to wing it till Saturday (hubby is bringing chinese in for me tonight).

    :D

Stoke you are doing a grand job! And so did your team last night!

Sorry to hear about your fridge freezer, Abbafan. Have fun filling your nice shiny new on with SW friendly foods – no excuse for those lurking treats now.

Well, I finally got round to my Monday WI and as I suspected it’s an embarassing +1 for me.:(

Well I'm on my way home now. Currently waiting at the port for the ferry back to Dover. We're due to arrive back there about 11.30 UK time so should be home in time for lunch as we're only about an hour from Dover.

Will get back on plan properly from lunchtime today. Planning on making some 2 pea soup as I have the stuff for that! HB braised steak tonight, bought some bavette steak from Lidl's yesterday. The French eat it grilled but a bit tough for me, but should make this really well.

    Speak soon!

Morning everyone, and what a miserable morning it is here in windy, rainy Dorset.

Weighed in on Monday with loss of 3.5lbs

Am on plan today with BNS soup for lunch, and salmon for dinner, Had a couple (!) of gins yesterday so need to keep syns low today. Working from home today so need tostay out of the fridge/kitchen.

hope all have a good day,

    Vicky

    That's a good loss v1cky. Well done!:T

Hope your journey back is uneventful denise. Is it the packs of ham like Herta that you buy?

Tonight is the last of the birthday meals. I've no idea what the menu will be but the food was good last time I ate at this particular restaurant so fingers crossed.

I've had my SW breakfast (baked beans & toast), lunch will probably be a veggie omelette and pickles or a JP.

Tomorrow I can do a week's meal plan and shop following SW with only 1 meal out planned and that's somewhere that does SW friendly food.:j
  • could I ask if someone on this nice thread could explain the target system in sw ? many thanks

I get that you choose a weight say 10 stone get to it and call target but I don't understand the being in or out of target range bit and the implications of that at group

    many thanks
    onwards and upwards
