I'll start trying to introduce a few more syns. Ironically enough, I've got to the point of enjoying free food more than syn food. One of the reasons I rarely have them.

That'll be good when you get to target. You can stay close to the bottom of the range with food choices and still have syns left to celebrate when Stoke are promoted back to the Premier League! :D;):rotfl:

I think it can depend on the confidence and brain power of the consultant. Some are willing to deviate from SW instructions others follow them slavishly. :(

Just like I told you today that you really should have syns Stoke then said I was having NONE! That's because I always save mine and this week I've probably used them up (and more) on meals and drinks out. Good luck for tonight! :)

The laugh last week was at my dh 's expense really we were rolling when i was telling them, as you all probably know we have chopped fruit and ice cream about 8 for pudding, he always has a meringue nest, but i dont, but i do have a bite out of his and he dont know:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My consultant has been saying recently on our Facebook page that everyone is getting a gift in September, assume this is it. Just hope it's for everything and not just for SW ready meals and sauces! Don't bother with them myself.

  • Hi all, Thanks Chris for the chart and well done vixstar SOTW :T
    +1 for me this week.

Didn't got to the new class on Saturday morning as DD had to be somewhere else :( I don't want to nag it's got to be her choice to lose weight but just think that surely when the day before your consultant tells you that you need to lose for an operation you would listen and act on it. Will see what this weekend brings.

Superb effort. It does rub off on the people around you. My parents (well, my mum) makes slimming world deserts quite a lot. We constantly think about our diets now etc. :) It's a good thing.

I was just an innocent bystander :(. I will be glad when my wife reaches her ideal weight, it had better be soon, I think I'm wasting away slowly....... Isn't it always the way.
Trying to learn something new every day.

    ;)
