And healing vibes for arthritis sufferers. Mr N is finding his new medication less effective at pain relief tho without the nausea of MTX, so has a docs appt to see if he's allowed to use Ibuprofen or Paracetomol on bad days.

I did my 3rd Parkrun today and happy that it was a pb although not by much. Mr N cooked me a lovely breakfast while I was showering.
Spent much of the afternoon sitting in church to check in the bike or hike charity group but wasn't exactly inundated. However I'd taken the laptop so managed to plan the training I'm delivering on Wed. Dropped in to support the village gardening club's produce show.
Wudupa.
Currently synchronising laptop with pc while dinner cooking.

I have done two tiny but stomach-churning jobs...
they'll be on the list for you lot nec=xt time it's me...

seriously though they were unpleasant but essential

Make sure you all have a fine 'bottle' brush you're going to need it!

I actually made a [strike]breakfast/lunch/tea[/strike] meal. Well, I chucked some chilled pasta into some boiling water, at any rate.


Now sat here feeling stuffed.

More WU done. And various bits purchased from the shop round the corner.

Bought the Oven Pride, now just have to get around to using it.

I have fudged my way through dancing today helped by painkillers.

DS2 didn’t like his youth club today and says he isn’t going again.

Avoided the cycle race although I ended up watching it on tv as DH & DS2 were on their way home so I needed to tell them how near the race was getting.

DH has sorted the airing cupboard and washed the bathroom floor.

I have fed everyone

Another productive day today: I have
- prepared all the crafts, story and songs for the Teddy Bears' Picnic at church tomorrow
- enjoyed the peace and quiet while DH was out at the cinema watching a film that I didn't want to see (WW2)
- ordered some business cards
- packed my bags, crate on wheels and music bag ready for the morning, including remembering to take an extension lead and power line for the keyboard
- baked vegan/GF chocolate brownies, vegan/GF shortbread teddy bear and iced heart biscuits, vegan/GF banana loaf, and 2 plain sponge tray bakes - one with lemon and one with coffee butter icing on top. For once all the cakes appear to have risen well
- done WMx2
- gone through my Toots list and crossed off several items from the past 2 days
- made a list for the coming week: will be frantically busy again, but I also intend to do as much as possible off Valli's lists from this week.
- taken Rosie for a walk before the rain started

Morning all,

Woken up with a streaming cold, hardly surprising really. This week has been conducted at a million miles a minute and it's been a big change to our family routine.

Today I must wash DS bedding, take the dog for a loooong walk, cook and eat a Sunday dinner, and wash my hair

Good morning, sunshine here so will be pegging out washing and cleaning out the bunny hutch.

Not trying to scare you but you need the correct equipment for a little necessary-but-unpleasant cleaning job.
Just thought of another one, too...

I have just got home from a weekend away. Saw the most amazing show.

I have watered indoor plants and greenhouse, unpacked and WM is now going. I am now in my pjs just relaxing. The dogs don't come back till this evening.
