I know how you feel, can be draining! Yeah that's not great, luckily our adviser is on the ball, made it all a bit more bearableGemsi84 said:
Absolutley! I’m so stressed 😩- just want to know either way now. Doesn’t help that the broker isn’t returning our calls eitherReece24 said:
Very annoying! At least it is back on track however, it's a stressful process as it is but made worse by things like that.Gemsi84 said:So we were declined on the basis that for some reason my partners name wasn’t down as a shareholder on companies house. This is resolved now as a clerical error 🙄. So hopefully our application I’ll be back on track. I don’t know why they didn’t just ask instead of declining!!!0 -
Yeah it is draining! Just incompetence from all angles. Now asked for May’s business bank statements (which we already sent), so resent and hopefully should have a decision on whether they’re going to valuation stage tomorrow0

We must of sent off about 3 lots of bank statements and pay slips throughout the process, very painful at times haha. Fingers crossed for youGemsi84 said:Yeah it is draining! We had a 2 year fixed with them and they were wonderful! Yes they want to know a lot, but that’s to be expected with no credit check.I’d go back in a heartbeat if I didn’t want a credit check for whatever reason.0

No, and that’s why they want so much paperwork. Our mortgage did not appear on our credit file with them either. For the whole 2 years it said no active mortgage account.1

Understandable why they want so much info then! When you applied I dont suppose you ever needed an offer extension at all? Feel I may need one through no fault of our own, more so the vendors solicitor (only now doing something they should of a month or so ago).. If so, how were they then?Sparklestar1127 said:No, and that’s why they want so much paperwork. Our mortgage did not appear on our credit file with them either. We did and they were totally fine. Like I say, they have never caused us any issues we were so grateful they were able to help us
