I submitted a case to them at 1.26pm today.
Reviewed, everything satisfied (im taking credit for this bit, my packaging was top notch haha), and valuation instructed at 4.58pm.
Thats quicker than half the high street.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Application in on Friday. Hard search on my credit file from them same day.
Everything’s now showing as “satisfied” but the valuation’s not until next week.
If everything else is marked as “satisfied” does that mean it’s definitely all done and dusted and I’ll get an offer (subject to the valuation being OK of course) ?
Or even if the valuation is OK, might they still not offer?0 -
I dont think I have ever had a declined application with Pepper, so I would say I think you should be home and dry - subject to valuation.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
