I’m currently going through an application with them, Valuation came back fine, they asked for yet more info today, even wanted to know about a rented property my partner lived in years ago?! Valuation done on the 5th so fingers crossed not much longer.

How long did it take from full application to get to that stage? 

18th March application submitted, bad timing really since they only accept physical valuations, but thats now sorted so just waiting for, fingers crossed, an offer..

Nothing yet, hoping this week but we’ll see.. They have had every document possible from us and I can’t think of any other questions they could possibly ask..

Update guys, just had a call from Pepper, they are looking to issue the offer tomorrow!!!
This has been a long hard 3 months of waiting and I hope you get your offers ASAP!

Well after a ridiculously long time and countless evidence we didn't get ours. They were concerned about affordability which is absurd as we did a budget and had lots left over. Applied yesterday with another company, initial underwriting was done this morning and valuation already instructed! Hope all yours go smoothly.

That's annoying , how long has it been now?
We have our offer but they seem to of misunderstood who was gifting me and my partner some of our deposit, sorted now but still was a bit frustrating.

It’s been just over 4 weeks now. I know that’s not that long considering but it’s such a horrible wait isn’t it! 

How annoying- glad you’ve got it sorted now. How long until you move?
