It's way over priced....and what with Brexit coming it would be best to stay where you are for a a few years IMHO

Haven`t checked, but I`m sure it`s price history, or the price history for similar properties in the area would be useful in any discussion on property as a store of value Maybe Hamish could contribute? 0
