Why is the window bricked up - was it an error by the developer that had to be sorted part way through the build?0

Three bed detached in the Lincoln area go for 180,000 to 200,000. I would not consider looking at an end terrace if I was in that price bracket!

Not as good as a 'proper' detached I grant you but definitely still preferable to a semi or end terrace.0 -

Apparently a detached = 10-20% more cost from what i read, personally i put it at like 30-50% more cause its so much nicer living detached. The market thinks differently though so end of.0 -
