Over all, it looks well presented, and I agree that a lot of people will be caught up in enjoying the last of the holidyas,or rishing around for stsart of term, so don't panic.
That said:
Based on the fist photo, it looks as though you are actually an end terrace, not a semi. I'd also suggest that you re-take pic 16 so it is straight, and use that as your first picture, as that is the front of your house. Also, taken together with it being listed as a semi, it's a bit misleading. When I looked at picture 1 I thought the door with the porch was your front door, and the blue one a side door, so then seeing the pictures it's much smaller than that first impression would suggest.
If you are able to rearrange the photos so they are in a more logical order, I think that would help, and I agree that it might be a good idea to 'dress' bedroom 3 as a bedroom, if you can. Looking at the photo and the floor plan, it's not obvious whether you can fit a single bed in there, and whether if you do, the door will hit it every time you open the door.
Your description says lots of the rooms have dual aspect windows so the house is very bright, but all the lights are on in the photos which implies it is not well lit.
However, I think these are fairly minor points and it is mostly a case of being patient. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
Its slightly offputting that you have what looks like the side entrance to a larger house. I know that's the design, but i would try and hide that by not including the first photo - but use the one showing your side view as the first one.0

Handsome house - but the small garden would put me off. The only other downside for me is the wall by the dining table but that's a really minor thing. I agree that it's too early to worry.0

Yeah, it being an end terrace makes a lot more sense than it being a semi. I too thought the door with the porch was your front door and could not understand how a "semi" which looked so big from the outside could have such tiny rooms. Now I know it is an end terrace, it makes more sense so it could be that people first click on it thinking they would be getting way more house than they are, then realise so abandon it.
Given it is what it is, were it a bargain I think you would still have had viewings no matter what the time of year so it probably is over priced; having said which, it is the end of the summer hols so a bad time to list a property. Give it a few weeks, maybe.
Online EAs are indeed still a turn off for some people; they are for me though I would view a house if it looked good enough no matter who the agent was.0 -
There is a 3 bed detached nearby which is up for only £10,000 more than yours, so that's something to consider.

I think you're onto something here.
Initially it looks like a large house, when in reality once you look at the floorplans you realise it's only one third of it, there are people who will be put off by the disappointment of thinking they were getting a bargain and realising they're not. Perhaps do away with the photo that makes this obvious.
Also the front two houses have the attractive porticoes, yours is like the tradesmens entrance round the side. Could you fancy it up a bit with some hanging baskets or something? The blocked out windows are a bit strange too on a new build.
Otherwise lovely house, the only thing I don't like is the cutlery wallpaper!Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Although the master bedroom suite is of generous proportions, the rest of the house isn't. The lounge is small, the dining area in the kitchen is cramped and the garden is oddly shaped and small. IMHO this is a house for a couple who could use Bed 3 as a study/hobbies room and Bed 2 would be guest suite.
The decor may not be to everyone's taste but paint and brushes aren't that expensive, so hardly a deal breaker. If you don't get any viewings within next 2 weeks, then it's either price or this is a niche house. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

I think, unless the area Caraway90's post refers to is much worse than the OP's, that this is the answer. For another £10k you could get a detached with at least twice the garden. No contest unless there is something about this one we don't know.0 -
I don't like the bricked up ground floor window - it looks weird0

Its a very nice house, very well presented and ready to move in to. The order of the photos doesn't flow well so would be worth getting them moved around, I'm not a fan of the angles the photos were taken from they make the kitchen in particular look very small, the living room too in the first photo but the second shows it as a better size.
I'm another one disappointed by the garden, it just seems way too small for a house of that size. Nothing you can do about it I know but that would put me off even viewing.0
