I havent seen the video either but I still think he's calling me an idiot, and I think I did explain why I thought differently. Something else to agree to disagree about.

Honestly,I let it slide at the time.
For starters. Where did I get your gender from?

Our video Opens in new window shows you how to package fragile items securely

Use some bubble wrap at least 5cm thick and wrap the extremities of the item e.g. limbs of figurines, ears, etc. Then wrap the rest of the item carefully.
Place the item in a strong rigid container, which is ideally the correct size for the item.
If the container is a little large use more bubble wrap or packing foam to secure the item in place within the box.
    Seal the container securely.
Address your parcel with the full name, address and postcode, remembering to add a return address, then attach the correct postage for the service you need.

Well she is obviously an idiot.
How will the other parcels know its fragile?

Well thank you for the abuse, I don't think I have called anyone an idiot. Are you telling me that you check online every service that you use to see how they treat things. I posted this parcel in all good faith that it would be handled correctly. I don't think I have been treated fairly by Royal Mail, a huge company and one that you put your trust in. I did not get the service I paid for. I posted on here to see if I could get any constructive advise after exhausting all the avenues open to me that wouldn't cost me any more, but obviously not. It may not be much to you all but £291 is a lot of money for me too lose. So thank you all for your input !!!!

You let it slide, that's ok then is it? You didn't see fit to qualify your statement at the time, when I objected.

So once more. Where did I get your gender from?

Lucky guess I suppose. I have been called an idiot and deluded and you all seem to think that's acceptable. I don't seem to remember doing any name calling myself. All I wanted was some advice but as you all disagree with me I didn't get anything constructive. Just some insults.

Astounding. You are really going the extra mile here.

Really, am I the only one. Astounding as you say. No explanation to the insults but I should just go away now. I have already said that I have taken all of your comments on board and that we all should agree to disagree. You obviously like to have the last word.

No explanation is needed on any insults as nobody actually insulted you, and Custardy has already explained where the confusion may have come in. You are literally imagining insults where there are none and picking arguements over them. You really are something else

I haven't seen any explanation. I don't think I am imagining anything, but thank you I'll take the last statement as a compliment.

Post numbers 63 and 65 both explain it. Custardy was referring to the woman in the video and called "her" an idiot. Not you, none of us know whether you are a man or woman and none of us care, it is irrelevant information to the topic. I actually until that point assumed you were male, probably because of the name of the person who posted on Facebook for you, the rest of us knew that Custardy was talking about the woman in the video because he quoted it and made an additional comment on the video. You are the only one who assumed it was directed at you and even now you've been told it wasn't you refuse to believe it.
