Your husband should reply to each of the other three LBCs that he has.
It really is important to get these details right.

No.

yes of course, it will be from him but I will do it all, hubby is a builder and does not deal with paperwork at all, hence us getting into this mess in the first place....so the letter I copy and pasted is the correct letter to use?
on the actual letter before claim, gladstone state that if you believe you have a valid reason for non-payment to complete the reply form from the PAP on their website.
looks like we might have missed the boat for this too as it states this should be done within 30days.0 -
Don't complete any 'reply form'.
Send a reply that tells them what I told your husband to say, NOT the template. I told you this in post #28:
NO. Told your OH what to write in my reply in #28.so the letter I copy and pasted is the correct letter to use?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1st draft:
Dear Sirs,
PCN No: (I shall list all PCN numbers I have had here)
I request ALL PCNs noted above to be amalgamated and that you serve one claim to me. It is an abuse to file matters that turn on the same facts as separate claims and Letters before Claims. I remind you of the doctrine of res judicata, that a Claimant cannot have more than one attempt at court over essentially the same facts and expect a different result. This is wasting the court's time and escalating costs to a consumer victim of a 'rogue' (Watchdog's words) firm such as Parking Control Management.
I demand you confirm that your client checks and accounts for all and any outstanding PCNs and include them in a single claim.
Please note, that PCNs XXXX and XXXX have already been the subject of a claim. I was unable to respond in time due to being out of the country. Payment was made in time (and accepted, a phone call confirmed it) under protest, in order to avoid a CCJ. This is in no way an admission and has made me determined to fight the claims for the remaining seven PCNs.
I deny all liability for these PCNs. It is my opinion that the ticketing at this location follows Parking Control Management's typical predatory behaviour. I am aware that they were exposed on Watchdog as 'making it up most of the time' re appeals, so I know I would never have had a fair appeals process had I tried. All the residents at this site are being harassed and suffer 'private nuisance' at the hands of Parking Control Management.
Yours faithfully0 -
Could somebody let me know if the above letter is ok to send?0

Should be ..........abuse of process to file .....abuse to file matters
claims/Letters Before Claimclaims and Letters before Claims
Otherwise you seem to have covered all the points recommended by Coupon-Mad1 -
PCN No: (I shall list all PCN numbers I have had here)
Yes but only the seven or eight outstanding need to be in the title.
Were only two the subject of the CCJ?

'abuse of process'
10 in total
2 on the CCJ
