Hey guys any links on how to complete N180 please

All in bargepole's 'walk-through' in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In post #10 you told us:
it is now asking me to complete the N180 and by the 10th september and file it with the court office
When you have completed the form, file it with the court as follows:

    1) Scan the signed document and save it as a pdf.
    2) Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    3) Just put the claim number and the words Defendant's Directions Questionnaire in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my DQ attached'.

Don't forget to send a copy to the Claimant.

BUT PLEASE read bargepole's summary of what boxes to tick - and none of us are going to link the second post of the NEWBIES thread for anyone. Go find/read it properly.

No it is not 'the dropbox link'. What are you talking about?

Like all your posts, why are they so vague and ambiguous?

    Which PPC.
What did they say you did?
    Was it on the signs
    Was this a residential case
What did you say in your defence?

You've got a long period between the N180 and an actual hearing so you can use the time to gather evidence. Were you aware you can do that and how to do that?

Do you know how to avoid losing?

i have been doing as much reading around my job as possible so hopefully i feel confident enough. Im just not so sure my dad feels as confident....... as i have mentioned he doesn't really understand and a bit old school. I will continue to keep reading etc and hopefully gather enough evidence in defending the case.

i appreciate the help you have provided

they have charged me twice for parking in 1 day and then again the next day? how can they prove this and is this legitimate for them to do?
