I suggest you send an erasure notice to the DPO of each and every entity involved; the PPC, Gladrags, DRP, Zennith etcetera. Instruct them to erase your data and confirm to you in writing that they have done so, citing the discontinuance letter from Gladrags.

If they refuse, complain to the ICO.
Send an SAR in about a month's time to all entities to see if they still hold your data. Send a complaint to the ICO if the fail to do so.
Complain to the IPC about the everlasting harassment despite the PPC knowing from the outset that you were not liable.

Complain of course to your MP about this unregulated scam, and please do come back soon to comment on the draft CoP when it is out for public consultation.
