I suggest you send an erasure notice to the DPO of each and every entity involved; the PPC, Gladrags, DRP, Zennith etcetera. If they refuse, complain to the ICO.
Send an SAR in about a month's time to all entities to see if they still hold your data. Send a complaint to the ICO if the fail to do so.
Complain to the IPC about the everlasting harassment despite the PPC knowing from the outset that you were not liable.
