1lb on at SW today. I really must focus and get on with it properly!
I've just made sticky chicken from the website, that was nice and easy too, I'll do that again!
DH has gone to bed with a bad back so for once I've got the Tv to myself. Am going to settle down and watch the rest of the cry.
Have a good evening everyone"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
It's annoying when the pounds go on instead of off, but life gets in the way of our good intentions sometimes. You have a whole week to shift it again though
.
Good luck with your long to do list and enjoy having the telly to youself.

Does this mean you now have a living room and a kitchen? Steady on.
Fantastic news jwil. It's all going forward. And when there's less in the house your mind will be freer. I'm sure of it.
It's a tough time of year. Especially for the mind. This will pass. You will come through this.

Thank you. I've got so much to catch up on!
I tried sleeping on the sofa last night to give him some space. I couldn't do it so went to bed. I don't know how you managed it for so long!Does this mean you now have a living room and a kitchen? Steady on.

I do have a living room and a kitchen :T :T Getting there slowly
I think you are right, the clutter brings me down a lot. I think the lighter days will help too. I hate dark mornings"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I made a start on my list.
I did manage to photo a load of stuff to list, but only managed to list a couple. I'll try and get the rest on. It will clear some stuff if I sell all of that! I'm now getting rid of some things I thought I would keep. It's been a huge relief to actually make the decision to get rid of them. I guess it's something else weighing on my mind.
I enjoyed The Cry last night. Both the book and the programme were good, although with both I felt a little unsatisfied at the end. I'm not sure why.
Little miss was complaining about feeling poorly this morning. I think she's ok. I wonder if she's mistaking hunger for something else, or has a bit of a dry mouth when she wakes up. It doesn't help my anxiety, though this has been better since I've been on the meds."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
