I'm not sleeping again, I don't know if it's the anxiety or the mattress!
Not much to report really. I've been keeping up with surveys and redeemed a couple of times, but this is just getting sucked up with day to day living. I thought I was past all this
However, I've had confirmation of what my nursery bill will be next year and it's over half what it currently is :T So fingers crossed I've only got a couple more months of this, and things should get a little easier.
I think my anxiety is particularly bad as I've wiped out all the accounts to get the house repair done. So my first focus has to be getting a small emergency fund back and putting some money back in the annual bills accounts.
My energy company wrote to us to say they've changed the schedule for meter readings so our next bill will be in November  We've only just had a bill last month! At least it should be low, but it's still money I've got to find earlier than expected."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
It's horrible when your reserves get wiped out, but at least the nursery bills will get cheaper soon.

That's good news about the nursery fees reducing. Good luck building the EF back up. You should feel proud that you had money set aside that could be used for the house repairs rather than having to put it all on a CC.
Hope you start sleeping better soon.LBM Aug 2017.

It's nice that we managed to pay for it for sure. It was so nice having that little buffer though, I really hope I can build it up again soon. It's amazing what a peace of mind it can bring, not panicking about every creak/groan that happens in the house!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Just checking in..do sort your sleep out! Its so debilitating when one is not getting enough sleep and no doubt you have a sleep debt already from having smallies..
Have a great weekend and hope you get some time off next week..half term?

Thank you Yes, will have to try and sort it. I slept a bit better last night which helped.
It's half term next week but DH is covering so I'm still working

Thank you. No it really affects it!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Went to the library yesterday and took out a load of books on mindfulness, cbt and relaxation. Going to try and kick this anxiety! I don't want medication if I can avoid it."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0
