It's so frustrating, I don't know why people are so bloody rude!

Dragged myself out for my run this morning. It hasn't improved my mood, but I'm glad I went. Only 5 more runs to go until I've completed couch to 5k. It's not so nice running in the dark.

Off to pack some parcels now, we had a few sales yesterday.

Thank you. It is so satisfying to see stuff going. I know I whinge about all the stuff all the time, but when I think back to how it was, I can genuinely see we have made great progress. Just loads left to go!

Thank you HHD :) 13 parcels posted. Only a couple left to pay up thankfully.

Little miss was dancing around the front room last night, enjoying her extra space. She said to me 'Mummy, I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY happy, are you really happy too?' Of course I said yes, but it broke my heart a bit as I'm not at the moment. It gives me a little push to try and get out of this hole though.

Has anyone used a SAD lamp or similar? I wonder if I should try as this has definitely coincided with the darker mornings and the colder weather.

Two parcels posted today and a £2 amazon voucher claimed.

I've had to book an extra nursery session this week which is another £50. Luckily I don't need to book after school club as I will be finished in time. I'll most likely need to book another one at the end of the month too.

I haven't tried it but it could be worth a go. Daylight bulbs to replace ordinary bulbs are meant to help too.

I don't like the darker evenings. As soon as it gets dusk I can feel my mood sinking a bit, as evenings are always the time I find myself thinking about my mum more :(.

I'm glad Little Miss is happy though.
