Are you thinking of becoming a board guide or is this self appointed moderation?

Deastons made a very valid point. No need for bullying, it seems to be a full time occupation for some people on here.

OP have you made any progress with this? I would put all your efforts into getting in contact with the seller, it's your only way forward.

If you feel wary of the others jumping in with their nasty comments, feel free to direct message me instead of replying on this thread.

It's a bit rich that mardypanda has had my post from yesterday removed. :rotfl::rotfl:

OP - don't respond by personal message. Post on the dedicated eBay board where you will get help from members with a lot of experience in dealing with eBay and delivery issues.

I know it's a bit late for you now, but never open a case if the tracking shows as delivered. Always work with the seller to track it down first. Cases with tracking shown as delivered will always be closed in sellers favour. Then the seller will ignore you, as they seem to be doing now.

Have you asked Ebay for the seller phone number? That puts the seller on the spot and they can't ignore you.

I assume you paid via PayPal? If so, was it was credit in your PayPal account or did PayPal take it from a bank account/credit card?

If PayPal took the payment from your bank or credit card you could look at doing a chargeback. This is something I have never done, but others might have more advice.

The seller can still ignore them by phone, simply add them to the blocked list.

OP was not at home yet watched the driver talk to his Aunt, who lives a few doors away and 2 streets over?

OP claims the driver was 2 streets away yet saw them goto his Aunts and then to his home, he watched this from his back garden whilst he was not actually at home?

No idea what his daughter and grandad have to do with all this?
