Sorry! Are UK mail still interested/investigating delivery?

Perhaps someone knows you and signed your name.

Have you asked neighbours if they have taken in a parcel for you?

Have you checked street where you think parcel was delivered to?

Do you still have GPS proof/picture that parcel was delivered to another address?


I believe that a solution from here is not viable due to the information /circumstances, so it might mean you investigating, asking questions at you end?

if you have already done so to no avail? then it does seem increasingly possible you have lost your money this time.

They have proof it was delivered to you. Its now up to you to prove them wrong. Perhaps someone else will come in with better advice?
