    Perhaps getting clearer now. It was deleivered to an address two streets away as shown on uk mail gps. But it appears now that gps was not now working that day?

    Your aunt does not stay two streets away but stays two doors away?

    She always takes in your parcels, but did not that day.

    UK mail say it was signed by you but it wasn't as you were not there.

    Was it your name that was signed? Do you still have any gps proof it was delivered two streets away?

    Have you asked the people that stay at the number same as yours but two streets away??

    It does not look good at this point if ebay have closed the case in the sellers favour as he has proof that it was delivered:(

    as you are aware it electronic signature these days anyone can scribble signature

    Is v???? your name? if so and it was delivered 2 streets away is another v???? living there. Worth asking?

    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    Doh I missed the dates quoted.

    If the ops communication is on this level and well as per the original ops post, and the op is communicating this way with uk mail. ebay and the seller? its understandable regarding the outcome?
