Uk mail delivered my parcel

Yes it shows the Google map of where they say they’ve posted it it’s smack in the middle of the street it doesn’t say which house It was but obviously they have my name and address on the parcel and they have not come forward to deliver it to me obviously I live on the outskirts of a council estate I am not saying council tenants are thieves but I won’t trust a lot round here0
-
Yes I have used this but now they are saying because I didn’t post the parcel I don’t have the contract with them its the seller has the contract with them he has to contact them to say the parcel is either lost or stolen but he is not replying to my emails I have contacted eBay to contact him but still no reply from the seller0

Maybe the OP isn't English or has some form of learning difficulty. Be polite or be quiet, as my Mum used to say.
Such a shame people see a need to bully rather than help. Why be a member of an anonymous internet forum to just belittle people you don't even know?
To the OP, eBay and PayPal are useless in these situations. You say UK Mail have a "GPS pic"? Can't you use this against them to prove they delivered to the wrong address?
Are you thinking of becoming a board guide or is this self appointed moderation?0 -

From further posts their English appears to have a half decent vocabulary. At the end of the day if people want help then their posts need to be legible. When asked for further info the OP managed to use their language to be sassy, so, I don’t feel guilty. Sorry bout it0 -
:DI’m full born and bread English just In a rush with my mobile phone and the predicted text was crap You just assumed I was not English0

UK mail have delivered my parcel to the wrong address it was ment to be delivered on the 31 aug they said I signed for it yet and there was nobody in my house at the time because my daughter was taking her grandad to the hospital. now i am out of pocket for £35 eBay would not help me PayPal won’t help me because they say it was delivered to my address. two streets away shown on There GPRS pic
I have rang UK mail a lot of times now and emailed. last Thursday the delivery bloke come around at my address after he went round at my auntie‘s house first ( auntie has alway taken in parcel for us if not in) yet the phone call to uk mail said it was delivered to my address and i sign for. someone is lying
Keep making plenty of phone calls and now they say the seller has the contract with the delivery company so he has to make a claim to say the parcel is either missing or stolen but still no reply from the seller PayPal and eBay are a waste the time no help UK mail stated that GPRS was not working properly that day all I get excuses all the time
You will struggle to fix this problem. Ebay and Paypal only need tracking to show as delivered and they will close the case on the sellers side.
It is also correct that the UK Mail contract is with the seller and not you, so the seller needs to chase.
I think your only option is to request the sellers phone number from Ebay and contact them directly. Keep your call very polite because the seller is the only person who can claim for you.
Good luck and ignore the previous rude and pointless posts.Best wins so far - :jMini Cooper D, ITV Cash Prize, Family Holiday to France, £2.5K Holiday Vouchers, £800 Dinner Set :j0 -
Ops original post was a little bit unclear.

Understandably some posters just tried to ascertain the correct facts?
There has been some good advice given, but the op does not appear to be proactive at their end.
He will have the sellers actual contact details from the pay pal account, he should contact them directly. Explain he suspects wrong delivery and parcel now missing, and ask them to initiate investigation with UK mail etc.
He could also ask his neighbours if they have taken in a parcel, also ask in the street where the GPS delivery location was made.
Op has deleted /altered a good number of his posts thus deleting a proportion of advice given that was attached to them.
Sadly, it appears that because of the ops previous deleted comments he has alienated some posters that were trying to offer advice?
Wish the op good luck with thisThe world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0
