Uk mail delivered my parcel
Comments

I'm gonna give this a go...The company henceforth known as UK Mail have delivered my parcel to the wrong dwelling, and claimed I gave them a signature! Preposterous as there was no one at my property. I know this because my daughter is taking the local church administrator, father knows, to the hospital. I am now out of pocket for £35!!
I have had no luck from the scoundrels at ebay or paypal because they claim it was delivered two streets away, there is photographic evidence on that fancy GPRS dohickey.
So I got on the blower, plenty of times I may add, and the gentleman from the delivery firm came to my address and said on the phone that he did in fact drop it at my address. Though he did mention that he went to my aunt's house first so someone is telling porkie pies.
The entrepreneur with whom my transaction commenced has been gracious in telling me they are in contact with the delivery company and will place a claim on my behalf - but as of yet the tyrants at eBay and Paypal have respondit non.
They are a complete waste of time and to add a coronation street style twist to the proceeding UK Mail have stated that the GPRS was not working on that day.
It's one excuse after another with these clouts!

Perhaps the ops first language is not english? But what I can understand is the parcel was delivered to the aunts address but is now lost.
Can the op look at the ebay account the item was ordered through and see what is the postal address registered to send purchases to.
Opening an item not recieved case through ebay would get the sender to investigate. The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
I would contact Peter Fuller at UK Mail. But above all, ignore the nasty comments on here.
If he sends 'the CEO' the above message, the customer services officer the CEO's complaint emails go to will be extremely confused, and reply 'Can you please give me this information in a much clearer format so I can help'
Sooooooo, exactly the same as all the replies you think are so very very rude.0 -
Sadly the message is likely to just be ignored because its unintelligible.0
