A/ you dont get paid to look after your own Children
B/ He should get a job and pay her the Child Maintenance that he quite rightly should be paying, plus also the back pay from being a !!!!less father and THIS money should go towards child care.

Why not just employ a live in nanny/au pair? I'm sure it would be cheaper than 2.5k pm.0
