    Morning folks

A late-ish one in work last night - OH picked me up at 8.30. I made the blackberry jelly when I got in. Got 2-3 jars worth and a perfect set (even if I do say so myself).

Back in today to knuckle down for another day
    • B/L/D from stores
    • Charge phone in work
    • Gym at lunchtime - done. Hit a nice 70kg back squat and did some more pull ups :)
    • Wash on at 30 degrees
    • Emptied dehumidifier water into the water butt - done
    • OH to do housework?
    • Work work work work work
    Have a good one all

    Morning all!

God this weather is just awful, I can't get a washing dried :rotfl: I've been putting a washing on after work, hanging onto the drying racks inside overnight then putting everything into the tumble drier for 10 mins to finish it off. I just want a good dry day to get it all outside though :rotfl:

Not a huge amount planned for this week. Mortgage is now sorted, didn't get as good a deal as I hoped but it's better than what I was on. Saved over £80 per month on the new rate, going to up my minimum payment to my CC to get that cleared quicker.

All B/L/D from stores, got a good 'in budget' shop and wrote a meal plan for this week so we are all sorted.

Tonights' small list for after work -
Get the excess bedding into vacuum bags and store away.
    Update August spends.
Look for a hire car for Italy, and check year round car hire insurance

Hope everyone has a good day x

    Morning all,

I've had a lovely chilled start to the morning, the kids were happily playing so I laid in bed reading mse diaries for an extra hour! Lovely :)

    Todays list
:D I've had the overnight oats ds2 made yesterday for my breakfast as he still didn't like them
:D I am going to get him to make ^^ again using less cocoa this time but still using the banana - trial and error :)
:D Check that other dd is set up right on new account :)
    :D Check banking /update spreadsheet
:D Rm survey Used the app for the first time - that was easy! :)
    * Get ds to check his school stationary - this feel by the wayside yesterday
:D Lunch will be [STRIKE]jacket spuds[/STRIKE]pasta, a can of tomato soup and a chicken/bacon concoction on the top to use up:)
:D Make chilli con carne for tonights meal Simmering away nicely
    * Read some of my library book
    * Do headspace mindfulness app - its not going to help me if I don't actually use it is it?!!
    * Write in gratitude journal before bed
    :D Hoover just where needed
:D Make dh's lunch for tomorrow

Might as more as the day goes on. Have a good day all x

 Unsubscribed and deleted lots of emails
 Hung washing on airers that I didn't get round to doing yesterday - I just walked upstairs though and I think it is going to need rewashing as its got a damp smell hmmmmm not mse in the slightest
 Got ds2 to practice reading by following the recipe for the overnight oats again, banana again but halved the amount of cocoa powder - if the kids don't like this one tomorrow I'll have it for my breakfast again.
 A p1necon3 survey came through, done that and once that pays I'll be able to claim another £5 :)
 Claimed a £2 amzon voucher from isay surveys and close to a 2nd so need to keep an eye on this one :)

oh I don't think my chilled start was a good idea this morning as I've been really sluggish for the rest of the day so far! Good job I didn't have a massive list like yesterday to contend with!

I have been reading but haven't been posting, hope everyone is doing okay.
Haven't really had much to post, had a really rough week last week, have been trying to keep to a target which is do some decluttering and do a little bit each day.
Had to have a procedure yesterday which wasn't planned but unfortunately life threw me a curveball last week.
Feeling sluggish and sore but still trying to keep moving and I've been pleased with my decluttering, even if it has just been one item sorted.
DD back home and on the YS trail like a sniffer dog. She picked up some good bargains yesterday.
Banking has been checked esp when laid up and bored but I always forget to check quidco until I see Ally's list. Checked out an amount last week and an amount today.

Just about to put a chicken casserole in the slow cooker with all YS stuff, will have with YS mash tonight. DD is really addicted to money saving and is always doing her price comparisons.

One of the cats has got an infection aswell, that has been costing me a bit of money, DD has been back and forth with her.

Think that's about it from me, great to see you back 1LL x
