So, what did you do to chase this up? ANy ICO complaint for a breach of the DPA2018?

The SAR wasn't ignored they just did not send all the info I requested. My head is spinning I get bits of help which is really appreciated but I would like for someone to say this is now what you need to do next.

Every step along the way of s court claim is comprehensively covered in the post you have been directed to in the FAQ!

After the rebuttal letter has gone you get down to preparing for the claim to materialise

I have posted over 1,000 times in the flight delay compensation thread helping people but that's a doddle compared to getting my head around parking tickets. I'll send the letter of now.

who are ALL at exactly the same stage - or further on at court stage - with a similar old (BPA time) 2014/2015 PPS ticket, and pre-claim letters from BW Legal.

I suggest you all keep reading the advice on each other's threads and maybe swap info by private message, to support each other and share info and defences, as you will likely get small claims, which are likely to be beatable (no risk of a CCJ as long as none of you ignore it).
