My apologies I have now found out he sent an email on the 6th August and had a letter dated 6th August acknowledgement back although this wasn't in the original paperwork they sent on 10th August but arrived today in the new package. They have till 5th September to comply with the request but as I have earlier posted they have failed to comply with today's package so I intend to send post 57 if it is ok just waiting for advice. What date would the PAP have started was it when he received the letter of claim which was 2nd July?

#2 in the newbies FAQ thread covers rebuttals to a lbcca

(Don't complete and return their forms!)

Thanks for that but I am already into this a couple of weeks and have had other advice. We are now at the stage where bw legal have not provided me with the I formation I have requested under A SAR. I get bits of help one was to send them a reply because they haven't provided me with the full info reply would be post 57. Nor did PPS provide me with a POPLA number. Could you read my thread? I have another 29 days before they want their forms signed

As advised! Don't send their forms back to them!!

Your rebuttal of the lbcca and sat are separate issues
