Letter from bw legal
Comments

Bwlegal aren't the creditor! They write to you on behalf of their client which is PPS!
Is #57 intended to be your lbcca rebuttal?0 -
I have looked online and can not find out what lbcca is0
-
I thought bw legal bought the debt. I am totally confused on the next step0
-
See the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum for explanations of the acronyms regularly used here
Also see #2: in that thread for detailed advice on Court claims right from the lbcca to the hearing
It guides you through all the steps in the process0 -
My son appealed the ticket in late 2015 and they refused his appeal but never told him. Then 2 1/2 years later a letter arrives from bw Legal wanting the money. That's when I started the thread. We did a SAR but they failed to supply the information we asked for. Do we now go down #2 and start over again.
Would it be too much to ask you to read the thread and advise based on what has transpired?0 -
You do need to go through #2 in the FAQ to get up to speed on Court claims and the process.0
-
ok i'll give it a go. I'll send a letter like Daniel Sans on#2
Do I send it to PPS or bw legal or both?0 -
Is your lbcca non compliant?
