Today I went back to the location and saw this sign which has replaced the sign from Sept 20150 -

This is interesting as this is a new sign which is exactly the same as the new sign around the corner. It is interesting as this sign has only recently been put up as it was not there in Sept 2015 I think it has been put up in the last 2/3 months.
Have PPS changed the signs and added this sign as a result of the letter we sent them (which I got from the NEWBIES THREAD) or has the law changed or have they changed something else. I have not heard from PPS since I sent them the Newbie thread letter in Aug 2018. Any thoughts? do you think they have given up?0 -

The introduction of The Data Protection Act 2018 has led most PPCs to change their signs, and you can see that PPS have added a paragraph about GDPR.
Interesting to see that the mention of a £100 charge has shrunk to an even smaller font than before. Crazy.0 -
As I say I haven't heard from PPS since Aug 2018 when I sent the letter from the Newbies thread. I received a letter from bw legal in September 2018 stating that they were waiting for a reply from PPS nothing since. Why if they are confident of their case did they add the extra sign right above where the bike was parked. It wasn't there in Sept 2015.0

Did the law change anytime between June 2014 and September 2016 which would have meant PPS having to replace their signage?0
