Go back and complain. The times2 is usually in the middle of the newspaper.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Do the people who rave about Pizza Express buy their drinks, I have been told that they charge £6 for a large bottle of beer!
So just where is the money saving?Filiss0 -
A regular beer is £3-10. How much do you expect to pay for a beer in a restaurant ?
A half bottle of house red (Shiraz) is about about twice that cost, and very drinkable.
The menu is online so you can check out the prices.0 -
Beers cost from £2.25 for low alcohol lager 330 ml to £5.75 for Perroni Nastro Azurro 660 ml. No one says you have to drink beer though, tap water is free. Personally, I absolutely adore their fresh apple juice. The saving is getting one main course in two free - thought that was clear.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I totally understand about the 2 for 1, but surely anyone can understand that pizzas are the most profitable food on the market, just look at the number of pizza takeaways, they are simply luring people in to charge outrageous prices for their garlic bread , drinks etc.
I work too hard for my money to throw it away on chains like Pizza Express.Filiss0 -
Used my voucher last night - I suggest one of the Romanas - its thinner but bigger.
Although my GF wrecked the whole money saving event by having starters and desert (and the place resembled a creche) it was ok.
She made amends with a devious plan for me to buy two pizzas today and get one boxed up for later on...0 -
Have only just spotted this thread.
Anyone know if the vouchers are still in todays paper? (Friday)0 -

The voucher can only be used from Sundays to Thursdays, so you'll have to wait a couple of days
I also recommend trying the Romanas. They are £9 each, so it's a good saving with the voucher.0
