Thank you, I amended all details before submitting defence.
Letter received today titled "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track".
Is this the expected next step in the process?

No, you email it using the CCBCAQ email, and email a copy to the Claimant as well.

You really need to read again, bargepole's post about WHAT HAPPENS WHEN as linked in the NEWBIES thread. It links to a thread about Court procedures by bargepole that covers this.

Excel parking are crooks. I got a charge in December at St Cuthbert's because one of their employees told me the ticket machine was Out of order then offered to watch my vehicle then ticketed me 10 mins after I left. 3 months on and an appeal letter later they are rejecting my appeal so I'm going to the IPC. They are not rational decent people. Good luck! If anyone knows who the landowner is for St Cuthbert's that would be most helpful as I'm going to approach them as well about this!

If I am to hand-write the Questionnaire, and scan in as PDF to email to the court, can I CC the email address: info@excelparking.co.uk - in order to show the court, you have provided the claimant a copy?

Bargepole guide doesn't describe how to send a copy to the other side.

As you say, your Claim Form tells you exactly where to send documents to the 'other side'.

The official line is - unless you have specifically agreed with the Claimant, then documents must be served to that address.
