    Thank you, I submitted a scanned PDF of mine in email yesterday to: ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk
    I also posted Excel Parking Ltd a copy to the address listed under the claimant field.

    MCOL still have not acknowledged receipt of my Directions Questionnaire.

    Chased ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk multiple times for a response. Any ideas?

    We have recently been seeing reports that the CCBC are several days behind with processing that sort of thing.

    I guess they are also behind with answering emails.

    Why not ring them and find out exactly what's going on?

    Advice please. DQ completed with planned holidays, one of those was to Sri Lanka, which due to the terrorist attacks has now been cancelled. Rebooked holiday for slightly later dates, how best can I advise CCBCAQ of these changes?
