Play them at their own game, send them a LBCCC, go with the same format in the one they sent you.. hit them with their own phrases and add that you'll be seeking debt collection costs0 -
You should complain to the PPC first - and warn them that they have seven days to pay, or you will refer it to the courts to enforce and will send a bailiff to their offices, which will add a extra 3 figure sum.
