I know many remainers who would now vote leave... They all have businesses and all now are realizing the benefits of breaking away from the EU's shackles of red tape which are imposed on them even though they trade outside the EU...

If they are trading outside the EU then they have the benefit of the many trade agreements the EU has around the world. These fall away when we depart.Do they have a clarity over how the U.K. will replace these trade agreements ( rhetorical question because Dr Fox has been pretty much silent on the question)?

There seems to be an assumption that all remain voters would still vote remain. I voted remain but before I do it again I'd want some guarantees that we would be staying on exactly the same terms as before, ie veto, rebate no Euro and that Veto would not be withdrawn, not sure I would get them.

You have addressed a different question to the one I replied to .The CJEU will rule by December whether the U.K. can unilaterally withdraw Article 50.

We will have to see what they say but I suspect it's irrelevant anyway.

If Brexit doesn't happen I for one will never vote in any election or referendum again because yet again those in power and those in London will have demonstrated they'll just do what they want regardless of any outcome of any electoral or referendum process so what is the point? I'm not alone in this view too.

Up to them to decide, if they feel it will be the best thing for them financially and in terms of being a sovereign country. :D

......So you are angry re. the sovereignty argument being ignored by remainers but when sovereignty is mentioned to you re. Scottish independence you immediately bring up the economic arguments against it. A bit rich!

Strike a blow for democracy by never voting again. That’ll show them.

    https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/car-news/102488/car-manufacturing-down-129-as-uk-demand-dives

Third consecutive month of declining car manufacturing figures reveal 38.8 per cent fewer UK-built cars going to UK homes
The number of cars built in the UK fell by 12.9 per cent in August compared to the same month in 2017, with 13,184 fewer vehicles produced.

A total of 89,254 cars were made in the UK last month, down from 102,438 in August 2018. The decline was driven by a 38.8 per cent drop in the number of cars made for the UK domestic market. Fewer than 10,323 cars produced in the UK in August 2018 went to local buyers. The number of cars built for export fell by 2,861, which represents a 3.8 per cent decline.

Since brexit seems to be pretty much impossible, how difficult would splitting Scotland from the rest of us be?

Why vote, the Government always wins.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
