I am so jealous of your trip, especially the Lake Havasu part.
Thanks, we are really looking forward to it, although slightly alarmed by this

It is mental at spring break time, gotta see it to believe it.
To be honest, the only reason we're stopping in LHC is because we thought the drive from GC to LA was too far for one day and the choice was there or back to LV.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Its Lisaloo, but i am on my partners computer so logged in a s him.
Please do not worry, it is beautiful and the party scene is very much on the lake and the boats.
It is rather mad at spring break, but i never got involved with any of the above so you can go there and not be involved in the party. It depends what you are looking for in Havasu, it is a great little place and perfect for you to have a stop over.
The drive from Havasu to LA is long enough, and so i do think putting the stop in is worth it.
When are you going? You may not even be there for that point and it would be silly to worry about spring break students if they are not going to be there when you are. If you are there during spring break, maybe google spring break lake havasu and see what comes up. It may give you an idea of what to expect. I think if you put it in You tube, you will get an idea as well.
Like i said, im sure it will be fine when you are there. I can't believe i have put negative thoughts into your head, i am so sorry.0 -

Lisa, don't apologise - I'd rather know what we're (potentially!) letting ourselves in for -forewarned is forearmed and all that!
We'll only be there for one night (Good Friday), but having our 13 year old daughter with us, I'd prefer not to be accosted by drunken students behaving outrageously at every turn!2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07
