True. I was just a little annoyed when I posted as the buyer being told that made it sound like I was lying.

Anyway alls well that ends well in my case as I heard earlier today that the parcel was delivered today :T

I've had this problem myself. I made the relevant contact and the seller just ignored me. So, I put in a Paypal dispute which I won. However, the seller had removed all funds from his Paypal account so "you've won, but no cash for you" from Paypal.

If you paid by CC you could always go down the clawback route if you end up like I did.

As Custardy says, RM losses are his problem - not yours. Your contract is with him and Paypal will agree.

If RM lose the parcel (something that has happened to me a few times) it's not the sellers fault but they should be understanding and help you as much as they can.

Had full refund via Paypal this morning :j

Nothing arrived still. All have tracking numbers but tracking isn't available! No. 2 has refunded and I've had to escalate one & three to PAYPAL claims as the sellers weren't showing any interest in chasing them up.
