Hi July-Penny-Jailers,
Two more work days before the weekend! :j And I'm still sane-ish.
Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Four:
THINGS I WILL DO:
* Check online banking. Done.
* Take medication. Done.
* Turn alarm clock off at the wall til tonight. Done.
* Get some exercise. Done. Went for a walk in the bucketing rain in the clothes I'd worn to work all day, thereby avoiding extra laundry.
* Take a packed lunch. Done.
* It's PayDay!
Bought a newer car for £3000 using DW's money a few weeks ago. I now owe her just £640. She has loaned it to me interest-free from her savings but I will agree an interest figure with her when I've repaid the debt. Better than giving the money to a bank.
* Got home the other night and went into the bathroom, just in time to see the bathroom mirror sliding down the wall. Managed to catch it before it smashed! But the hanging clips are broken. Ordered through eBay for £3.49.

Morning,
I'll post what I achieved yesterday. I still didn't manage to do it all but some was better then nothing. At least I had a NSD.
1) Write a reflection. I didn't end up doing this, second day in a row. I'll try catch up over next few days).
2) B/L/D from stores. DONE. All meals eaten were from stores. I'm using up what we have and mixing things up a bit.
3) Go to the gym. DONE.
An hour session crammed in.
4) Drink at least 2 litre of water. DONE. I consumed around 2.5 litre of water then whatever else I drank.
5) Do some baking. DONE. The boy baked fairy cakes by himself and the icing/decoration was definitely colourful.
6) Check online banking. DONE. All accounts aligned up.
7) Go for 5k walk with the boy, friend and her dog. DONE. I'm not quite sure how far we went but we were walking for two hours in total. The weather was mild and cool, just how you want it.
8) Arrange play date for the boy and his friend. DONE. Playdate arranged for next Friday.
9) Take meds. DONE. All medications taken. It's hard to keep track sometimes.
10) Write out first page of my MH action plan. DONE. I managed to write about five pages regarding my mental health and what to do etc. I need to keep on adding to this then I'll eventually type it up. It's good to see it written down.
11) Quick tidy around the house. DONE. Quick tidy done as I went around the house.
12) Fill one bin bag from bedroom. DONE. Two bin bags filled and there is more to come. I'm motivated to declutter my room as much as possible as I want to decorate it in the future but sometimes its hard knowing what to throw and what to keep.. you know the just in case I need it, sort of things?
13) Try on evening dresses. I didn't get round to doing this.
I was too exhausted once I got home. I can do this later on.
So I managed to complete 11/13 things on my list which doesn't seem too bad at all. The two things leftover can be just rolled on to my next list. :jChandelier.

Morning,
I hope everyone is well. They reckon today may be the hottest day of the year in some areas so hopefully everyone is prepared. Although it's nice to have lovely weather, the heat can be really exhausting.
I'm currently out at the moment at the boys ice skating so I've got some time to catch up on a few things.
We've had such a busy few days that I feel like I need a break today, especially as we have our days filled up with events this weekend. To be honest we have far too much planned but I feel as if we can't say no and we will just have to muddle through it as best as we can.
I'm not 100% sure what's on the agenda today, activity wise but I'll figure something out. I'm going to try and get as much done as possible without overexerting myself.
27/07/18 To do list.
1) Take medications.
2) Check online banking.
3) Transfer money into each account for next month.
4) Sort out my bank/credit cards and the pin numbers for each and put which ones I need into my main purse.
5) Breakfast and dinner from stores.
6) Lunch out with a friend today.
7) Sort out makeup.
8) Sort out toiletries.
9) Write a reflection.
10) Try on evening dresses.
11) Phone company about returning an item.
12) Defrost last freezer.
13) Sort out my shoe collection.
14) Charge my old fitbit that I found.
15) Fill up one more bin bag from decluttering room.
16) Order a balance board.
17) Go to the gym.
18) Drink 2 litres of water.
19) Sort through boys holiday clothes.
20) Go for a walk/bike ride.
So there is quite a bit I'd like to work through but hopefully I'll get most things done. Some are silly little bits but it all adds up and each time I can tick something off the list I feel as if I've accomplished something. This is important to me with managing my bipolar and ADHD as it gives me something to focus on and keeps me busy. I'm not pressuring myself though and if it's not done it can be done another day.

Afternoon everyone
I have to admit to being on a go slow.
Banking checked first thing-everything good and paid a bill
Has looked overcast all day but have brought washing in I put out last night and more put out today
Cat cleaning all done
Finished stripping bed of starving students and fresh bedding on
Had a tidy up of the room which tbh wasn't bad considering I'm dealing with students. Brought their selection of stashed McDons sauce pile down and popped back in the cupboard. Will prob be used next time.
Have finally updated spends book......finally!!
Box for the charity for things for their tombolas has been picked up. Feel like I've got rid of a lot of clutter. It was all good stuff, some bits I had picked up really cheap in sales for the charities I support-cats and animals of course!
DW has been going none stop but is now on a breather until DD arrives back the end of next week.
Just about to put WM on as I have a huge washing pile
Need to do a letter to the hospital but keep putting it off but does need doing.
Can't think of anything else
Have a good evening everyone xDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time posting on this page so bear with me!
Things I'm going to do this week:
Bulk buy all my food for lunches at work using my staff discount to save money.
Walk to work, not take the bus.
Not drinking at a gig that I'm going to with my gf tomorrow.
AVOID COSTA AT ALL COSTS!!
CO0 -
Welcome CornishOptimist
I'm pleased to say we do have a Costa where I live but it's out of the way, so we never cross paths.
Only go to Costa when me and bestle plus DDs do our annual Christmas shop trip which starts with a Costa but that's the only time.
Money saving continued, found 2 paninis that had been pulled out for starving students. Can't use the grill in the oven at the minute without tripping the electrics so they were cut in half and toasted with spread and marmalade-really enjoyed them. Couldn't be bothered cooking so had them for tea.Decluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The average "normal" height adult human walks at 1.4 metres/second. If you walked non-stop for 2 hours you would have covered 10.08km.
