Fab, thank you. We all like fajitas & DH could have some sort of wrap/quesadilla etc with the same filling as our potatoes.
Made a big batch of Bolognese this evening with enough left for tomorrow, probably in the form of lasagne.4 -
How about a curry? Could make a big batch, perhaps in the slow cooker, and freeze in portions.

Thanks for all the great ideas!2 -
Sorry can't help with curry paste from Lidl @WelshKitty85 as I don't use it. I make up my own curry powder and use that plus a bit of fresh chilli if we want a bit of extra heat.

We use a recipe from the takeaway secrets book & that uses curry paste. It's a really good substitute for a takeaway.
Currently following the news about a local fishing boat that's missing. Puts things into perspective.2 -
Yep me too, waters can be awful at best of times. DH works with ships that come in at Llan(.....) there's been some terrible events there recently. Hope the individuals are found safe and well!

I keep checking for updates but still no news on the fishermen. Can't get my head round how they have just disappeared. My heart goes out to their families.
Thanks Mark, I'll pick some up tonight.2 -
